They don’t kittening do damage >____>

on crit blood won’t even heal yourself.
on swap leeching will heal i think just no damage.

also they didn’t even bother to state in patch notes that they fixed the signet bug.

Part of altering the Meta with balance patches has ALWAYS included breaking several things, to keep us on our toes. These will be ‘features’ in just a couple more weeks.

I’m pretty sure it heals you, but doesn’t deal damage…

This would be really nice to get fixed in time to do some testing especially before the next pvp season starts.

It looks like sigil of blood is working, but nothing shows in the combat log.

After stepping carefully through video, I can see a heal and a damage floater numbers that aren’t in the combat log but which have the expected values.

So I assume leeching is doing damage as well, I just never managed to catch it correctly.

Blood never showed on the combat log iirc.

Nope. Blood still does nothing, leeching only heals.

Blood works. It was never bugged it just doesn’t show up in combat log but you can see the number over your target’s head.
Leeching does not deal dmg, it only heals. same for vamp runes 2nd and 4th bonus and scavemnger runes
