Who else is a little upset with this change? First off, not too many people used it so there isn’t much to complain about. Second, now we have to deal with back-to-back stability on you awful warriors (all of you warriors who obsessively rely upon it). This pretty much makes my rifle a useless hunk of junk now, Thanks Anet!

I don’t see any change to this sigil.

It has a 10 second cool down now, as to no cd or a very small one before >_>

It was always supposed to have that 10s cd, it’s just a bug fix.

I use it on one of my specs and as far as i know it was always 10sec ICD…
