Guys I’ve been wondering:

Sigil of nullification: 60% to remove a boon on a 5 seconds cooldown

Experimental Model: Enemy with 25 might, fury and Regen
Removing 1 boon meaning:

A) removes 1 might from a stack of 25 leaving: 24 might, fury and regen
B) removes might leaving: fury and regen

Anyone tried it?

A is correct.

Nah, boons are all the same boon. So it would remove all the might, or one of the others

Correct. It strips the whole stack.
