Sigil of Nullification should be on-hit
1 boon cleared on hit with 10s ICD,simply dont use it,its total garbage.If it would be stability striped,it might have some uses,thou that would be rarer as precursor drop.
This sigil needs serious buff +1 to that
With On-Crit Sigil, it could be standardized to 5 seconds ICD, but with On-Hit, I don’t think it could.
But I’d like to see two iterations for the same sigil.
60% chance on critical to remove a boon (5 seconds ICD) (up from 10 seconds ICD)
30% chance on hit to remove a boon (5 seconds ICD)

Well yeah. As proposed, both should be there. But should share the same ICD.
I reckon maybe they should give them the Generosity treatment.
Crit one steals the boons
Hit one removes the boons.
Maybe the crit one could corrupt the boon instead.
