Signet of Mercy is 3 3/4? Srsly?
In 3 3/4 downed “person” will be mauled to death with attacks not to mention stomped lol.
Ha ha, if you think that is bad look at the revive on Druid elite spirit. They’ll, have respawned before it activates.

But for some reason Illusion of Life actually works. Unfair bias for mesmers perhaps?
Illusion of life has a condition where the revived needs to kill an enemy to stay alive. And it is still noted as bugged on the Wiki page, not tested it but, saying it works might be pushing it.
3 3/4 cast for a revive is ok. That and the fact the signet has a passive effect whereas illusion of life doesn’t.

I turn fights with IoL all the time. Condition doesnt matters because when somebody downs somebody he is wounded and ocd and surprise revive gets him all the time.
