Signet of the Ether is too Weak
I was thinking the same thing with guardians signet of resolve. Only 600 vit instead of toughness.
I have a soft spot for trolls, I just keep feeding them.

I’d suggest you up it to 400 hp/s and remove the illusion requirement. It should also passively provide 600 armor.
As a mesmer main I can only say that I hope this was intended as satire. What you describe would be so overpowered that it’s hard to contemplate.

Also, Signet of Vampirism should also have its on-hit requirement removed, and should provide stability with 20% uptime.

Warriors don’t have stealth, clones and teleports. A mesmer with a heal like he described would be truly unkillable.
This has to be one of the silliest suggestions I’ve seen around here, and that’s saying something.
I agree with the OP. I think signet of the ether should heal for about 392/sec, not dependent on illusions. Then, its active heal should be reduced to 3275. Also, it should lose the effect of recharging phantasm skills on use.
