Simplest Warrior build that could work?
I think there is no simpler build than hambow (hammber longbow warrior) you can either google it or you can wait when I get on pc to copy paste the link here =]
You will probably see the thread descend into flaming due to all the warrior hate, but ignore it.
Your best bet is probably the typical hambow build, there are set ups/guides for it all over the place.
Or a more condition orientated x/s, lb build.

Imo axe/sword – longbow is MUCH easier.
The 30/30/30/30/30 build that is constantly complained about all over the forums works the best.
It has access to 5 weapon sets to swap to, 2 armour sets equipped at once, and even has other class specific mechanics like clones, stealth and death shroud.
Check it out!
PvP modes are the “endgame” in all MMOs.
Stop failing at PvE, and fix WvW/SPvP. Thank you.
I run a build very similar to this on my war.
The key to it is the sigil of intel on axe — meaning when you swap to axe make sure you evis (F1) something. I like the GS for mobility (especailly if you plan to WvW) but you can use hammer or longbow or whatever you want instead.
I also run banner elite for dat clutch res.
The build has tons of stability to get stomps out. Though it is a little susceptible to condi damage … keep in mind that by spamming evis you will also be cleansing condis — gotta land it though.
TBH it’s a pretty easy build to be successful with, but the skill ceiling is pretty high.
Note: The amulet is pretty preferential — if you want to be more bursty don’t hesitate to swap to a full zerker amulet.

Rabid amulet, two swords with longbow condition build. With this build just use WSAD for movement, turn on auto attack, sometimes press random buttons, and win. If you become more experienced player, spam everything from left to right and switch weapons whenever possible for maximum slapping power.
0/10/30/30/0 s/s lb
heal sig triple shouts
or just hambow it
most warrior builds can work with little to no effort.
i made a post afew weeks ago about my zerker axe warrior that hits like a truck,
and the key thing about the build is that you don’t weapon swap or activate any of your utilities, its literally just your 5 skills and dodge roll (and swapping weapons if you need to leave the fight to recover), its a very causal build that anyone can play
https://forum-en.gw2archive.eu/forum/pvp/pvp/AXEZERKER-very-fun-impractical-build-D/
but if you want really really casual play, become a hambow clone, but beware,
you’ll get all of the hate that users of that build deserve XD

I like it. It’s so lame that it somehow manages to go all the way around and become awesome again.
It also leaves you with nothing to do except try to hit stuff and not get hit back. Seems like it could be very useful as a basic training build.

Try whatever you fancy and I mean no offense whatsoever to the guy who posted that build but why would you attempt to learn/improve upon your pvp abilities using a build which doesn’t promote any active utility use at all, which uses a god awful off hand weapon and doesn’t demonstrate the importance of condi clear and stability?
It just looks like it would get you in the wrong mindset and make you pick up bad habits from the start. Things which are hard to get out of sometimes.
Given you don’t seem to give a hoot about the meta builds (and subsequently your performance in spvp) and are doing this with future wvw combat in mind (unless I am mistaken), then why don’t you just use a wvw build?
Look at the wvw roam or zerg builds for the class, roll one up in spvp (as close an approximation as you can), jump into hotjoin and then learn to “hit and not be hit” to your hearts content. At least that way when you have improved your abilities you will already comfortable with the kind of build, skills, timings you need to know when you step back into wvw.

That’s my plan. I mean to try some that are supposed to work well 1v1 and in solo arenas in PvP, a roaming build (or as close as I can get) meant for WvW, and something like what I will actually run in WvW, and play with all of them until I am a lot less worse than I am now with each.

I personally really enjoy greatsword longbow with 20/0/20/0/20 Change any of the 20s into a 30 with your last 10 points depending on preference. It focuses on dodge roll spamming and getting more dodges when you use burst skills(removes condis too).
If you do choose hammer over greatsword I would go 30 in def or disc but 30 in strength or disc is probably the best with greatsword for the cleave damage on downed people.
For both options focus on landing your bow 5 skill and never having 2 full bars of adren, typically you want to have <1 charge so you are actually making use of your natural regen.
Use lyssa runes and lifesteal on swap sigils.
Most of the combat skill in this game comes from recognizing skill animations and knowing when and what to dodge.
oh, use 3 stances or replace balanced with dolyak signet if you want.

Did you mean endurance?

Very simple to get into, challenging to master. Enjoy.
0/0/25/30/15 if you dont wanna play the meta hambow build, not going to be specific with the detail, so not a lot of nubs round around with this build thinking they are OP.
Black Gate
Ruthless Legend
Simplest? Probably 0/10/30/0/30. Deep strike and spiked armor with 5 signets.
Has insane passive precision, passive retal, passive healing, and great auto condi cleanse with cleansing ire.
……..if you want to learn warrior however I recommend making a glass cannon instead, much easier to tell if you are playing correctly or not
Pretty much any. When you look at the warrior trait list every strong trait you want can be gotten and still have points left over. Equip healing singet a hammer and whatever other wep set you choose and you will be really strong no matter your player skill.

haha yeah, I have started directly relating adren to endurance because that is basically what it is once you get 20 in str >.< not intentionally, just happens :P
The simplest warrior build that would work, would be 0 traits, hammer/mace/shield, with healing signets, 3 stances, and the elite signet, throw on a barbarians amulet and lyssa runes, and you`ll be ready to viably compete, the traits just make them that much better, but this class is so OP, they are somewhat arbitrary and, honestly, picking the wrong traits will kitten u harder than picking no traits
there are no hard to play builds on warrior so just pick one and hf…

the guy asked for a simple build, and thats about the most simple build i have (and its fun and hits like a truck) XD
