Ok this is whats going on its not my internet I already ahead of u if you tell me this I use my heal skill and it goes off and I do not get healed and it goes into full recharge and immobilize is not working on a ranger I hit them with it and it does nothing. at all not even sometimes. but they sure can immobilize me in till I am dead.
