No, now you need to buy black lion key for a RNG drop or buy them on TP for 50-100g+.

Of course it’ a sarcastic reply, but it’s the truth and it’s very sad pvp people don’t have any chance to get gold (hey, but u can!! use your sky hammer biweek glory or 1 year pvp glory to make rare dyes!!)

Some skins weren’t acquirable before like the greatsaw, Im guessing now that they implemented pvp skin transform (Which wasn’t in at the time) freebies like this are gone for good.

So you’re basically asking to get pvp skins while playing pvp only, without going pve for getting them or buying gems?

It is not hard to get, it is sarcasm as experience showed pvpers never get anything, available in PvE / Itemshop just by playing PvP.
