Slash resign
I agree with not caring much for leaderboards. My concern is more for the time wasted waiting for bad match-ups to end. Let us get on with it and start queuing again for a hopefully better game.
You’ll still get people who’ll want to /resign after the first minute of the game, and people who wont resign because they feel they have a chance of reaching that 300 or 400 point margin.
Just because you know you can’t win, doesn’t mean you shouldnt still fight for that 400 point goal. Leaderboards still matter for some people. Resigning will give you a full loss of -3 points compared to a minor 0 point loss at a score of 400.

I dont think the put this in because of how heavily it was abused in Guild Wars one as a way to farm matches. I am pretty sure they dont want to see Red resign days come back so people dont have to sit through a stomp.

In guild wars 1 they had a ton of benefits to PvP and Guildwars 2 sadly lacks most of them. No elite area for players to group up, no guild vs guild stuff. Random PvP had its issues in GW1 as well, but their were places for “better” players to escape too if need be. Sadly we get into a match now with either great players or terrible players, making pvp a slaughterfest.
Yes.
And after your team has surrendered an autocomplain is submited in the forums.
