Anvil Rock became the “ID1” of GW2 a long time ago.
There is activity on the Sea of Sorrows server as well at Australian times, been running with a guild that is trying to get all of the pvpers together.
HOTM should be 1 instanced zone (with overflow if needed, but allow for chat to carry across the shards) that everyone can get into, instead of being per server HOTM. This would allow for every player to find a team, instead of server transferring to Anvil Rock as they did.

Representing, I guess you mean server rep. That is what WvW is for. The pvp community needs to be built on, not separated. If you have 2 people on Darkhaven (for example) that want to do 5 premade and there is no one else in the Mists what do they do? Not play, come on the forums and find someone to play with, or server change. Me and my friend moved before they locked moving to paid.
