So I guess Dishonor isn't working
As for now I think the system punishes more “innocent” players, who got random disconnects or their game crashes, than ppl who are “afk” on purpose. Got plenty of games with ppl just staying at spawn hitting a key now and then just to not be kicked but having no intention to play, causing the team losing 2-3pips and laughing about that.
Such ppl were even reported countless of times yet they are still around.
Having someone check reports costs money. That seems to be the main issue. Players know that unless you use the “n” word or something along that line in the pvp lobby, ANET doesn’t care what you do.

Money is not the issue, they make plenty of it.
B-but our playerbase is too small…. b-but we don’t have enough moni… but this was just a testing season….
Sometimes I ask myself how people don’t find it embarassing to repeat the same excuses over and over.
I guess the problem is not that, might be that the player is not breaking any rule… might count as a variant of very bad.
Maybe a fix would be to kick them from map even if they have moved some as long as they haven’t left the safe area.

That will just make them afk just outside respawn….no one on enemy team will bother to go after them

Making them leave the spawn would at least help speeding up terrible matches as they might end up getting farmed.
