Due to the fact a net seem to take along time to balance classes, it would make sense if they implemented the class stacking maximum in TEAM games.

So a max of 2 types of the one class.

at this moment no. the only reason ele remains broken OP is developer time. They just dont have resources now to fix it. all dev time goes into HoT. I mean i seriously doubt they are somehow unaware of how broken it is, dont read forums, dont pay attention to esl, did not watch their own WTS, or that they dont want to have a balanced game on purpose.

They balanced/nerfed far far weaker and less dominant builds then current ele, if they where considered OP. Ele is more broken then any other build in GW2s history. Its just they cant fix it right now, working on current balance means weaker/buggier HoT.

And implementing this limit is far more dev work then fixing ele. And it doesnt really help that much. Ele would still be broken, teams would stack 2 eles, and would destroy teams that play with 1 or zero ele. PUG matches would still be mostly decided by who rolls the 2 eles and who gets unlucky and rolls less eles.

Long term, yeah maybe they could add such a thing but it doesnt really help. If something is so strong that teams want to stack 3-4 of the build, it would still be greatly unbalanced and frustrating to play even if you limit to 2.
