Can I get that on Tornado please? Tornado already takes 4 seconds to do anything (1 second casting time) leaving the elementalist extremely vulnerable and all Elementalist elites are pretty horrible.

I can understand Rampage concept being an unstoppable force of nature but why is it infinitely better than an Tornado, an unstoppable force of nature?

Because each class is different, have different elites, and because diversity over homogenization

But Tornado getting 25% damage reduction won’t hurt.

I always thought Tornado would make more sense as a condition elite tbh. Applying cripple, blindness, weakness, bleeding and maybe immobilize every time it hits you. I mean you don’t just get swept off the ground by a tornado and come out the other end fine, you get swept up and break a bunch of bones and lose an arm.

you should know by now that ele’s aren’t allowed to have a good elite, if we were they wouldn’t have nerfed FGS into oblivion

The elite shout was a joke in the face of alacrity as well xD

yes, please buff tornado so my engineer won’t get sad when i elixir x into tornado every time.

at least buff the base stats while transformed as tornado.

x4 base toughness = 4000 base toughness
x3 base vitality = 3000 base vitality

as in, +3000 toughness and +2000 vitality

would be a good start

Warrior is already pretty weak in the current meta, and the warriors are getting so desperate they start playing shoutbow again^^, you really wanna take away their 15s of viablility? Don´tbe cruel! Also Elementalist is already more powerful in his Base form then a warrior in rampage xD

This is huge everyone! The day when eles come onto the PvP forums and ask for buffs.

You want a tornado buff? Sure, how about we also remove your ability to stack burns and might? Ele needs a TON of nerfs before there is any discussion around just straight buffs.

This is huge everyone! The day when eles come onto the PvP forums and ask for buffs.

You want a tornado buff? Sure, how about we also remove your ability to stack burns and might? Ele needs a TON of nerfs before there is any discussion around just straight buffs.

We are going to need a lot of buffs when we get nerfed

Seriously though, the Tempest elite that didn’t do anything, you just activate it and nothing happens, was more helpful!!! At least it triggered runes and traits.
