Ok condi necros are over top, so maybe look into this issue now and not after 5 months?
I dont even understand how you let nightmare rune through, one and only thing that took some skill about fear necro was getting the initial fear off, now it doesnt matter cause nightmare rune does it for you.
Such a long CC condition would be OP but it actually hits for 900 with every tick.
And you incrased dhuumfire duration, how is it easier to avoid dhuumfire when fear lasts for 8+ sec
I cant even tell anymore which condi necro is good and whos not cause i just go afk once the fearchain starts.

necro can shine again

just spam everything to death in a 1vs1 and have it aoe in teamfight aswell.

after 5 sec 1vs1 vs our necro i know i can still win or im done
even if i think i can still win and he’s low hp he still can win

most interesting part of this is
necro with rabit!
ranger with carrion!
something wrong there.

really funny to dodge as good as i can and he just need to spam.
necro is even stronger then before, also because lyssa nerf.

at all the hole patch looks at the first look for me like a fail.
don’t want see any necro whine around

Ikr? I had a condi necro get me to 50% on my MM necro earlier. Absolutely unacceptable. Give minions cleave, not fair.

I’m sorry but how in the world did you manage to get hit with 18 seconds of fear?

The DS fear I can see since it is instant, but did you just run back and forth across his fear line as fast as possible? There is just no way to get 18 seconds of fear from 1 necro without playing really really really really badly.

It is early days. I think necro seems strong but engi possibly stronger. Niether is like thief/warrior was though. Game seems pretty balanced. Necro doesn’t have burning basically now. Dont see an issue.

Besides balance wont be clear for another month or so. Alot of options now. Necro OP? Maybe, but dont think so. Necro broken like pistol whip/warrior was where ANYONE could be an allstar with it? Nope.
