When rankings is out and if its separate for solo joiners and premade teams, kindly fix the solo join method as any solo joiners who becomes leader of roster can kick others and invite their player of choice. This way solo-joiners can become premades actually to go up the rankings fast.
Premades are not premades without some form of VOIP. That being said it would be nice to have in game VOIP just so i can yell at pugs and tell them they are bad.
