Solo Q against Premades + Legends since patch
was 3 pips away from legend, then the patch came and i fell back to 13pips

I was 8 pips from legendary and since patch now 16 pips… Anet is placing me every time in a noob teams who are pve’ers actually…. Their MMR is broken now. Anet, fix the kitten pvp, it isnt funny anymore. I’m working hard to get legendary for the backpack and you answer is what like always?: No no, go back a few pips. Sorry for hard language, but it is the reality.

The portion you are referencing too is 2 days old,
the portion i linked is 21 hours old.
So The Information presented by Jessica is 100% False
or the Information given by Evan is 100% False
Unless I completely missed what you are talking about o.O
What I saw was:
Jessica who posted 21 hours ago, stating that it’s a known issue and is being worked on. Versus the 2 day old post from Evan.
