any possibilities fixing balance class distribution in Solo que?

Yes yes its well known 3+ thiefs means its very likely your team with lose. Several thread have been made regarding this issue but players have the option to change class before the match starts so player need to take some responsibility.

Isnt it ironic when a thief is the one complaining about being on a team with 3 thieves.

Switch your class and you wont be on a team with 3 thieves.
