It should be changed to 8 tPvP wins at the very least, so you can decide if you want to do team or soloQ.

i want to see you win 8 consecutive soloQ games, or even teamQ wins would be a great achievement.

why this thread still alive?
Why this whine is still alive? First of all if you do arena seriously and not just for achis then its kinda freaking easy. I seriously dont remember time when ive played and have had worse than 50% win ratio in gaming session. Second its one kittening achievement point, you whine that you want this point but you cant even ACHIEVE it, then why you should get it?
You check PVE dailys before whining about this one. Doing daily fractal runner is near impossible for me, but if i cant ACHIEVE to gather 5 people and then just stare at my monitor while most boring kitten ever happens then i dont deserve that 1 ACHIEVEMENT point
Fractal runner daily takes 5-10min (swamp or ascalon), maybe 15min if you do it solo (underwater fractal). Really you can do any given combination of the 15 daily PvE/WvW dailies in the time it takes to get on average for the 5 SoloQ wins.
Dont talk about daily pvp u will be banned! Becouse it easier for Anet ! This topic will be closed too.

The daily PvP is a massive grind for AP hunters (2-6 hours PER DAY)… but they aren’t going to do anything about it since it clearly brought in more players to farm AP for their daily which kinda pads their numbers for tPvP showing increased participation.
The thing is though, lots of people are burning out from grinding the AP and many are just thinking of quitting the game. Sure, short term you might gain some PvPers but long term the most hardcore and dedicated players (usually AP grinders) will leave the game over this.
Anet loves to manipulate their metrics with adding dailies. Noone doing story dungeons anymore? Add a daily. Noone doing events or veterans in unpopular areas? Add a daily. Noone doing JP because rewards are abysmal? Add JP daily and monthly. The list goes on and on.
Ultimately their metrics improve, but people go there for the wrong reasons. Not because they want to do the content or enjoy the content, but because it gives an AP.

Therefore the problem is with the people and their priorities rather then ANet.
@OP and others: Decide what’s more important to you, grinding AP’s in game mode you don’t like or losing those precious 2 AP’s.

I thought this game call “daily wars” .
It has not brought more life to pvp.
All you got was the preexisting pvp playerbase + the top 300-400 ap hunters.
Ap hunters that btw did pvp before the new pvp dailies anyway but are now forced to spend 4 hours a day instead of 40 mins.
So, net gain zero.
I suggest you lock all skills and force the pvp players to gain skillpoints to unlock them from pve, just so they can see how it feels.
