Also rename all points to ABC

Yes, but there is such things as people leaving/joining 24/7 and “team balance”

Team balance doesnt’t mean squat. If you balance to the “losing side” you still get the winner bonus (unless you hit don’t swap me and get swapped anyways).

Duos/trios WILL ruin soloQ balance (“match making try to put equal amount” is NOT enough), so no. If you want to play as team, go to teamQ.

I know that, however kinda defeats the purpose of playing with a friend doesn’kitten

And please, it’s not like i’m new to pvp… i’m rank 52 and mainly got that through team queueing

Serious question 2, have you tried duo/triple/quad team queue?

Sometimes it can be fun to play against a friend. Seriously, if that is a deterrent from pvp that you can’t play with your friend for like the 5-10 minutes of the match then idk…go to wvw?

Actully i don’t think it would ruin it too much if you removed hot join aswell to force people into the “casual” queue unless ofc they just quit pvp in general? But fair point.
Or how about add a non ranked queue with duo queue and remove hot join, kinda like how it is in most mobas?

entire purpose of SoloQueue was to prevent party queue for those who wanted tPVP but had no group.

keep it as is.

They could have it like smite: A casual queue with solo/duo/trio, ranked pure solo+team queue maybe?

already small sPVP player pool cant support so much fragmentation and still provide fast queue and even matchmaking.

You can already queue for team queue in team queue. Which is actually fun right now because most rosters are duo/trio queue.

So this is a bad idea, because it already exists. Trio/duo queue is back in team queue since the achievement update
