how much threads you wanna start with this? we all played some soloQ before, its not the end of the world lol. Relax a bit ^^

Have you played yoloq lately? It’s a COMPLETE mess filled with lvl 5s vs lvl 50-60s. Not only that, no one uses comms at all, people off-point, 4zerg v 1, etc.
AKA: my hopes for the new SoloQ are non-existent.
The more info we can give to new people trying this, the better it will be for all of us in soloQ.
What about the reviving/stomp?
I guess the people who visit the forum more often know the basic tactics. You should rather worry about the people who dont read it. But they wont read this very thread either. So just relax and see what will happen.
Going for 3 caps is actually sometimes very rewarding, i did it in many wins.
React on what your team does. That’s what I do. Don’t trust your teammates and do what you think will get the win. :p
Bring back: ‘Gamer’ title + MAT’s!
Throw out: Hotjoin!

But against a good, smart team, this will generally not work.
Revive, Stomp and don’t die.

I disagree, I go for three points at once and win all the time; even against smart teams.
Putting pressure on another team makes them panic, a lot of the teamates on the other side tend to do their own strategy and it causes the enemy to be disorganized. This is also the reason why I never use a mid point bunker, 4 dps is the way to go for me.

Rom and UberKK,
What do you care how many topics I want to discuss on the forum? Ignore them if you like. They just scroll away if no one is interested in talking about the topic I bring up.

I’ll go over your points,
1. People like to 1v1 so sometimes 1 guy goes far, if you start out with 2 guys going near that guy going far will reconsider it and goto mid instead otherwise he will be in a 1v2, the mid fight will be 3v3 and there other teammate will be capping the far point, that guy that went into 1v2 dies you help mid fight and it becomes 4v3, 5v3, 5v4 depending on what everyone does.
2. See my image, I woop people everyday I get people to ragequit and flawless victories all day long because I triple cap em solo que style.
3. Easy to say but if you got somebody that woops you 1v1 all day long you sure aint coming back to fight the guy at the treb, all that will happen is you raging at your team because none of them will help you kill the trebber. I woop plenty of newbs at the treb all day long, the person trebbing is normally very good 1v1’er anyways that or he runs away immediately.
So cap, then goto spawn area and 1v1 them as they come out and then zerg them as they come out, they wont have any chance at scoring. The only thing you’ll need to bring is a lot of skills. When you get someone to ragequit that just means your skill level made them believe that they lost the game already, that’s how you’ll win solo que just bring an incredible amount of skill and make your opponents believe that the game is over from the start.
Heres a perfect video of how you should play solo que, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsy1wmn1--U
Don’t defend any points just take everything and watch spawn and kill them as they spawn. yes rank matters as well, so make sure the solo que system gives you the high ranks on your team. The more marauder’s you have on your team the more the enemies will pause when they see you coming.
Uber,
This all assumes you have a much stronger team that can easily spawn camp. That isn’t going to happen much in a fairly matched SoloQ.

that pic above is a solo que game.
Anet is fixing solo que.
The matchmaking remains broke.
Current issue right now, matchmaking… Solo que wouldn’t be an issue if matchmaking was properly corrected.

As I said in the OP: “Leaving mid to try for far point will lose you the mid most of the time.”
