I lost my first 6 games in a row then I won the 7th and I got no box with goodies inside it?

Is this intended? I am asking because when you win at tournaments you get a reward box.

You are supposed to get a match win reward chest and a bonus 150 rank and glory

Maybe I left for HoM too quickly?

Even if you leave hom or log out or swap toons it will still be there. Or rather it should be. Glitches and bugs happen all the time. I remember a few chests I never got. Generally not a big deal or loss though.

I didn’t receive my 1st games chest right away, probably 30min’ish after I got it randomly. Second game I got my chest right away.
