Make it so that people can queue up only with others who are the same rank or 1 rank below them .Then diamond people cant queue up with amber/emerald people to farm.

Add a win streak booster. If you win 3-5 matches in a row , u should get more than 1 pip at a time… This is there in hearthstone and it feels more rewarding when you win consecutive wins in a row. Win 1 match – 1 pip , 2 matches – 1 pip, 3 matches – 2 pips, 4 matches – 3pips, 5 matches – 5 pips.

Another good idea I think is to have separate leagues for Teamspeak and soloQ’ers. That way people with Teamspeak can only play against each other and the GW2 client would check for it running.
