What does this mean when the announcer says this in an spvp match?

I pvp a decent amount, but I never thought about what this phrase meant, or really even payed it any attention until a friend pointed it out. I’m a little embarrassed that I don’t already know by know, but I couldn’t find an answer with google searches, so maybe this is something not many people know.

In the spirit watch map, if someone takes the orb and carries it around for a while without delivering it, that message will pop up, so it basically isn’t all that necessary to watch (in the map, ppl tend to know who holds the orb and if it’s been handed in or not anyway)

The orb resets after a while even if carried. That message is the impending “orb will be reset soon” notification.
