Actually, not that weird, I just had about 5 mins delay of the game messages and that’s how I was told to hold on to my points in the middle of the game.
The problem was resolved by restarting the game.

This bug isn’t uncommon, especially the longer you play. It typically won’t go away unless you log out and log back in.

I already changed back to Renewed Focus.

And what do you have against purging flames? I prefer to have 1 concentration instead of 3 shouts and I change it depending of the opposite team set up.

2 days ago i was in PvP then the next match started and i was still in spectator mode but relogged then to another character who was in a PvE zone and when i logged on i heard the PvP voice and got a message like yours on my screen^^

This sometimes occurs to me when someone captures a point at the end of a match, just as the loading screen appears. The message seems to be held until the next match is loaded, then it is displayed on screen instead of getting flushed.
