I know that bribing players gold to throw matches is against the ToS, and so is paying real money to get people to carry Top 250/Legend tier. But what if I were to pay sponsor some top ESL players $1,000 per week to dual queue with me, that would be acceptable, right?

I think you really need to re-evaluate what is important in life if you’re even thinking of doing this.

Instead you could go on a holiday, meet a nice guy/girl and be a lot more happy for a few weeks.

Your question is kind of foolish, because you already know the answer is “no”, that isn’t acceptable. You still asked in an effort to make some sort of point, though, which is gonna fail because it’s not a good way to achieve whatever your goal is here.

Maybe try just saying “I think X is a problem, because Y and Z” instead?
