Engineer
Rocket Charge: Leap combo only on first jump. Damage reduced by 10%.
Healing turret: CD increased to 25 seconds and has a 1 second cast time. only if you then buff the heal/condi clear on it
Stealth Gyro: Reveals user when destroyed. shadows _maybe on manual destroy, not on natural destroy – brings it more in-line with SR on theif
Perfectly Weighted: ICD increased to 10 seconds. i’m ok with this
Rapid Regeneration: Healing reduced by 15%. why? it’s fine as isNecromancer
Executioner’s scythe: Does not leave a field of ice if it misses. hells no, it’s incredibly slow and easy to dodge & misses more than it hits, generally i use it for the field and not the interrupt/hit
Infusing Terror: 1 second activation time. nerf reapers only real access to stab… why? we have the hardest time dealing with CC of any class
Cold shoulder: Chill duration increase decreased to 10%. 15% maybe
Putrid curse: Does not cause bleeding, and poison is reduced to 2 seconds. fine as is

but you’re looking at the wrong traits/abilities on either class… most of those are fine as is…
but how about we let Anet decide what’s really OP? as reapers are not nearly as OP as everyone makes out…
Nerfing heal turret would be a dumb af decision. There is nothing wrong or out of balance with core engineer. All the problems are with scrapper and if you nerf core engi via heal turret you ruin the class.
Healing turret was also already over the top before HoT. Marauder engi had better survivability than any other marauder class.
It’s nothing wrong with core engi + healing turret atm because core engi is too weak in general compared to HoT-specs. But that’s not a valid argument to justify the heal skill as it is.

Two types of protection should be created, a light and a heavy. Heavy should be applied to self, and light to group. Heavy should be give to melee (only) and set to 33%, and light should be given to caster/group and set at 10-15% (about equal to 750 toughness)
I don’t get why so many people want to reduce the leap finishers of rocket charge to 1.
You have to realise that the whole scrapper is balanced around this skill. Why did scrapper get so many combo fields? To combo them with rocket charge. The triple rocket charge was a major feature of the new scrapper elite spec.
And it is interruptable btw. If you can manage to time your skills accurately.
Nerf Healing Turret in any way? That’s crazy talk there. That’s a new one.
I can maybe understand the asking for lowering of leaps from Rocket Charge, though there’s plenty of counterplay against it. But that’s kind of the Scrapper’s cherry on top for the spec.
Most of the problems people have against the Elite specs are that they haven’t adapted to them and learned how to counter and what counters the build they’re on. To choose their battles. I see players go ham on a Reaper while in full shroud while on a GS/Staff Druid and complain Reaper is “too OP, Anet plz nerf QQ” when they get melted. That’s not to say the Elites aren’t quite a bit more powerful than the vanilla specs, because they obviously are. But nerfing core traits and abilities won’t help that at all. It’s so far gone it’s going to be a miracle if this game sees any semblance of balance.
