I greatly enjoyed this interview and greatly appreciate the openness. I would also love more interviews on different areas of the game.

Every time I watch these I get very conflicted. Most of these guys (Anet) seem really decent and interested in what the community has to say. But then on the forums and what is reflected in game, to be 100 % honest, seems like they are not listening at all.

He appreciates the pros and newbs of the game but in the interview, there are only pros.

Makes sense I mean why bring someone to the interview who is not experience with game instead bringing someone who is.
