I see them under the tab where you can get sigils and starter weapons for spvp. I dont ever use them and I am not really sure what they are for. Can someone tell me what they do so I might be able to find a use for them?

For testing various setups. They have no damage range, same min and max so you can get your research done.

It’s in order to take the random effect from your damage. If you notice weapons hit from x to y damage.

It’s to allow builds to be tested without that factor having an effect on the results.

well do weapons effect the damage your skills do? Could creating a static weapon for combat be a easy way to eliminate rng from the spvp?
