Why do traits like this still go unnoticed with no Internal Cool down ? out of all the nerfs added in this patch and you over looked the one that gives condition users sustain over power builds. 1000 Toughness 2500 healing on breakstun no ICD.

Rousing Resilience is completely garbage, I’ve seen it used only twice, It’s easy to counter, ???

Really now ? You realize we have to choose between cleansing ire or rousing ? Dropping cleansing ire in this meta is a deadwish and means you have no condi clear ready.It only serves well vs pure power where one condi bomb and no berserk util left will destroy you easily.

Rousing needs no nerf..

Rousing Resilience is only good at the cooldowns of Stun Breaks on Warrior… otherwise this trait is in the right spot. I think the symptom should be treated and not the trait itself.

with more classes prob going to condi (Rev/DH?) i think RR will see even less use in PvP. Cleansing Ire is looking better and better.
