I don’t know why the logic is to nerf everything instead of buffing other more useless skills. I think people would be much more receptive to having new options, instead of taking it away

Basically, focusing more on buffing other abilities will increase build diversity while also allowing people to remain on their old builds without feeling robbed

Things only got nerfed so the next expac can sell, i dont blame em since if the current elites are just as strong or stronger then the new elites nobody would buy it

They shaved a lot of the powercreep, which is healthy for the game, perpetually buffing everything doesn’t promote healthy gameplay or make options available, they Shaved the Passive gameplay which is the best thing for the Game and they shaved some of the Overtuned Damage and Sustain again extremely healthy, now they just have to keep tweaking to make the game less spammy and skilless, but they are on the right path, I’m just hoping hey don’t screw up the path with the next Expac.

They won’t. Not because I think they know what they are doing balance wise, but because of the simple fact that we’ll have a choice between 2 super OP specs. Right now we’re pigeon toed into basically 1 spec, at least with specializations there will be variation

The solution to power creep is not to continue introducing more, but to bring it down in line. Nerfing power creeped nonsense is the proper way to deal with it, so I’m happy this patch was mainly nerfs.

and they are about to sell another xpac. hopefully they arent just nerfing them so you need to buy the next xpac for more op elites.

Actually we need more nerfs for elite specs. They were stupidly overtuned when HoT went live.

Is there someone here dumb enough not to understand that they are nerfing current elites just to make next one more appealing ?
Is there still someone that did not catch Anet’s marketing policy even after having seen what was hot.
Is there someone that did not take note that new expansion is about to come ?
