Good change. Strength runes were too good for too many builds.

In regular ANET fashion, they messed this up. The runes should have been REMOVED from PvP, and left the way they were in PvE and WvW.

Good change. They were too strong in PvE and PvP, and so they got nerfed.

As a player who uses strength runes on war ele and engi this is a reasonable change.

I find it hysterical that the PvErs are going crazy over the change and think it’s the worst thing ever.

It is barely even a nerf and I think Pirate runes were better anyway.

Celestial is strong because of strength runes. Nerf strength and celestial becomes worthless again.

Just pointing out that us PvPers are all like “this needs to be nerfed more” while most of the player base thinks the 2% is the end of the world.

They’re probably just upset that their OP rune set they paid 100g for gets a slight nerf lol. They can only blame themselves though, as this was a reasonable and a needed change that was bound to happen sooner or later.

Celestial is strong because of strength runes. Nerf strength and celestial becomes worthless again.

Nope, celestial is strong cuz it gives about 400 more overall stats than other amulets.

Celestial is strong cuz every profession can now stack might sigil thanks to “double sigil patch” along with any other thing they used to equip in the past.

And, moreover, might runes 6th bonus has never worked pre-patch so nobody cared about dem runes, even HGH engies used to mix multiple might stacking sets instead of carrying the whole one.

results?

That’s what I’m saying. If the only change at the feature patch was improve celestial, then it wouldn’t be nearly as popular. -Maybe- d/d ele would be decent but they’re only good because of might stacks anyway.

Second point I agree with entirely. Everything is totally broken.
