Hands down but if you really put trebs on the stronghold map(s) then it will fail. A treb as a huge influence on the fight.

If u adept the old gvg system and maybe 1 out of 6 maps got a treb then its cool , but if every map got a treb then gg wp bb

Depends how it is meant to be played i guess, from the video was hard to tell but I thought it looked like spvp meets wvw. So if the siege is actually to be used to siege then maybe it will be doable.

Treb is overrated.

Give us Ballistas and Arrow Carts.

It really depends if the treb has the posibility to reach / defend your own gate.
Cause if that’s the case the treb can just perma-position on your own gate and spam kill all those trying to get your gate down.

Treb is so powerful in Khylo because of the node system. Basically, go to treb, hit one point (usually mid), profit. If you’re battlefield is open and the fighting moves around faster, i.e. isn’t artificially bound to a small area, it would seem that trebs won’t be as useful.

Yes, because 8k damage and knockback or forcing everyone on point to dodge roll is so useless in your average unranked or low/mid tier ranked pug.

Obviously, the treb’s usefulness depends therefore on the one using it – on the one hand on how he actually uses it and on the other hand on the usefulness he and his class would bring to this match otherwise – and the other team. Not even checking once, if its actually effective in this specific match, because “Treb is crap! you should call it tcrap. Trap. Crep! I like crêpes, though!” is not a very efficient approach.

WTS finals are not your average PvP matches, so holding your average PvPer to the standards of high-end PvPers is just useless. I’ve never used the treb once in my life, but I’ve seen 1v3s, 1v4s und 2v5s on midpoint that were won because of the treb [obviously, the involvement of the treb turned them into 2v3s, 2v4s and 3v5s, these numbers alone still wouldn’t look too good]. Obviously, you can cry “noobs” now, but then, if noobs are everywhere, why the hell should something really effective against them not be used?

Treb is for defending your base as he stated in there. You can not win with Treb but you can defend with Treb which is very reasonable and very similar to MOBA. Lord rush? Good luck eat those ball flying out of their base.

On the other hand, Treb is not Skyhammer where you can just aim a certain spot in just a mere sec. To use Treb you need to spin the Treb and time the distance which is literally impossible to hit a moving target.
