Guild Wars 2

I have been stuck in the PvP unranked queue unable to get into a match or out of the queue. I have tried several hard relogs and a computer restart to no avail—-in fact, even when I am in PvE and click on the PvP menu, it shows me still stuck in the PvP queue. What’s going on? Anyone else having (or had) this issue? Is it solvable? If so, please help. Thanks.

The image shows how I am logged in, PvE in Lake Doric, with my PvP menu open showing that I am stuck in a PvP Queue with no way to get out of it and no match actually ever starts.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game. This did not work.
