stuck as in, after you alt – f4 to close gw2, and you log in, you still get stuck ?

Stuck in sPVP match as well. I also tried to log into another character, that character was just pulled into the sPVP and can’t leave.

Edit: I was able to get out into the heart of the mists now but i’m now stuck in “Game in Progress”

STUCK IN PVP SAO IRL

It happened to me too. I found another thread about this happening 3 months ago. Some people reported that you need to log out for 5 to 30 minutes ((just random times that people reported they logged out for.)) before the game would stop kicking them back into a pvp map. However, it was reported that you can not join a pvp match after doing this but it does get you out of the pvp map itself and lets you go through the pve part of the game. Apparently the devs need to clear the pvp que lock on our accounts before we can go back to pvp. At least this was the case a few months ago. I’ll report back once i can get back in and see if i can start another match.

THE DREAM

Myself and a few others are stuck in Battle of Kyhlo (Islamyr.8345 & DreydrnNevastine.4597). The game never ends. Points are stuck, timer is stuck, and everytime we try to leave it returns us to the battleground. Relogging doesn’t work either.

i try changing characters, exit on the pvp menu and go to wvw but it after 1 sec it’s reload me to pvp
edit: even if it kicks you for not moving it reload you back to the pvp match

So drawing from my experience last time this happened, I logged out for an hour to two hours and the issue seemed to get resolved. Then again, this was when Anet was AWARE of the bug. Now that it’s o-dark-30 here in the Pacific, we may not get an active effort until morning. I suggest logging off and waiting out this kitten storm that will arise from this bug…

Yes. We are auto-placed back into the pvp match we were in.

Is anyone doing something about this?

I’m still stuck in the Battle of Khylo. Anyone hear anything yet? This is Erathoc Snowchild. It looks like the red team got out somehow.

I’m out of PvP map now. But I can’t join anything, it keeps sayin “Match is in progress”.

for all that are stuck just log out for 15 mins and you will be out of the match, you will get a log in error and can’t play pvp only pve hope this help

If I wanted to troll, I’m sure I could find a more creative way to go about it. There are other threads like this one if you haven’t noticed, and it’s a common bug that generally occurs after a new PVP build is released. In the forums, I’ve noticed admins suggesting posting threads like these to get their attention.

I logged out for at least 15 minutes, then logged back in, only to find that I’m still stuck.

I just got back in. Not sure exactly how long i stayed logged out, been watching the latest season of the Walking Dead. However, it was probably about 25 minutes. Got a message stating that i was unable to login to the server due to a firewall issue or something but i’m actually logged in and roaming around the map. However, i’m not able to get into a pvp match at this time. Currently it says i’m stuck in que while i’m not in a que.

it sucks the issue I know but a bug is a bug I would have really enjoyed getting to lvl 67 in pvp rank but it happens just hope its fixed soon

Last time it happened it was fixed pretty fast i think. However, people reported it earlier in the day, so dev’s were actually on. Keep this thread on the front page and it should be fixed by the morning. Though, i’m just guessing.

I’m also stuck on a PvP map with 9 others, and missing my guilds event. =*(

Was stuck in a match, and now I’m in Heart of Mists with a “Match is in progress” status and cannot queue or join any PvP.

I’ve been stuck at this window for the last hour, I don’t know what else to do. I can’t even log out properly from the game. Everything is pretty much disabled for me unless there is a quick key to open the other window. Please address this.

Did you just log out or close the game? if you only log out it wont work

I just tried to re log after just closing the game not logging out and its been 40mins still went straight to the pvp instance I was in

I got unstuck but cant queue for any matches, it says there is a match in progress.

Just checking in again, now it says only one person has accepted the match. Hopefully it will go away? Hopefully it’s gone soon, otherwise I seriously can’t play anymore….

Same. I got unstuck now but the game insta-leaves queue and tells me I must queue again when I press either of the ‘play match’ buttons.

Same here, wont be fixed untill “morning” .. whenever that is.

I have managed to exit the match now but constantly get a code come up when I change maps but at least I can access pve content
