I’ve been trapped in this match after I won and didn’t get my 2 pips for winning either. Stuck in this crap for 25+ mins now, save me from this place.

Yeah also stuck in this match. its been 40 mins

We’re still stuck in here… logging out/in doesn’t help either. No pip gain. Can we get an ETA? It’s been almost an hour.

ok lunch break should be over now, seriously devs. fix this. so tired of this constant “stuck in match”.

After you unstuck me from the server I am now stuck in queue and it says “match is in progress” even though I am in the lobby. I am also “unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time”.

i got unstuck but now i get the same msg as bushidoblade “match is in progress” even though I am in the lobby. I am also “unable to gain access to the log-in server at this time”.

I now cannot queue and where the queue should be is “match in progress”

Same deal for me. made it out of match but cannot que as match is in progress. also got the Log in server screen a bunch

Sorry to necropost but same issue. Battle of Champions Dusk. 3 or 4 of us trapped in there currently.

Leave match, then promptly press Alt+F4 to exit the game during the HotM load screen.

That has always fixed it for me but being that it’s rare, maybe there’s a perma-stuck thing that’s going on and I haven’t witnessed it yet :P.

I’m also stuck. Closing down the game does not work, I just get sent back into the match.

Hi Anet,

I believe heathcliff from Sword Art Online (the anime overlord) has taken over gw2 pvp. Myself and several other players are currently trapped in Battle of Champions Dusk (unranked).

The game went into over time when our lord was under attack, my team lost in the end. The game ended (ie your team lost) but none of the players could leave. Ive tried relogging characters, quitting the application but I am sucked back in ~ whilst accumulating enough dishonor time to start the 3rd installation of the game Dishonour by Arkane Studios.

We are running low on food and the other players are attempting to cannibalise our ranger pets. I am quite concerned for our smokescales and bristlebacks.

Please resolve this before they become an endangered species.

Same here, stuck in Battle of Champions Dusk as well with the timer on -5 minutes and over 600 points for both teams right now. Nothing works – relogging, quitting the game, closing the client completely, joining WvW. No reward, no option to leave, basically can’t do anything else in game other than wait for this to be resolved. An intervention would be nice. :/

Like as usual… customer service is a crap. Probably got answer in 1-2 days.

Over a year with this bug and still happens. What the ever living kitten is going on at A-net? Been stuck in a match for over 30 minutes and still no reply from tickets. If you guys really don’t want us to play the game you found a sure fire way to make that happen.

Don’t worry it will only take an hour and half for them to close the instance. Oh and by the way not only is the time wasted but you don’t get any credit or xp for the match, or any other matches you may have done during the ridiculous kittening wait time.

Did you try to delete the character and reroll? Maybe the bug is stuck on a single character.

I’m stuck in ranked queue

Don’t know if this is the right thread, but this issue is not fixed. Am stuck in PVP matchmaking queue for unranked arenas. Put in bug report, no response. Logged out, restarted, and rebooted; no help. Please help me!
