Hey Anet,

Just did a soloq match, it finished sort of. For whatever reason the timer froze and everyone has been stuck on the map for the past 20mins. If anyone tries to leave they are automatically returned to the map!

sounds like a personal problem. have you tried alt + F4? I heard that’s how you win.

We had this bug on Tuesday (soloq Spirit Watch), one team won and then we couldn’t really leave. Submitted tickets but not heard anything about it.

Thunderclock: noooope. Y’know how you get pulled into ranked matches? Well, if you log back in while the map’s still up during this bug, you get pulled back in. On any character, even after restarting the client.

Aza: try to get everyone to log out for a bit, game might cancel if there’s nobody in the map. Not really sure how we fixed it.
Just make sure you’ve all submitted bug reports!

To solve this bug, everybody has to log out and wait until the arena will be closed (half an hours is enough)

The same happened to me.
I tried switching characters, logging out, entering WvW… nothing worked.

Once the match restarted I then played and waited until the score screen.
The game eventually kicked me to the Mists and said “Roster not found”.

I submitted a bug report in-game.
Let’s hope it gets fixed soon.
