The Build/PvP Overhead UI element that was removed with the PvP patch should be returned. Maybe I am missing something?

In Unranked spectate we no longer have access to the Build panel, which leaves us unable to change Rune/Amulet/Sigils. However we still have access to everything else via the Hero panel (Weapons, Heal/Utility/Elite, Traits).

I don’t get this restriction, either you restrict everything or nothing, allowing access to half is kinda ……. pointless.

There is a hotkey you can set it to, so you can change your build mid-practice.
