Guild Wars 2

I have experianced extremly long queues since yesterday iirc.
Almost every queue is 6m+ (I am writing this post while being in another long queue 8m now). Before I had had 2-3m queue pretty close to established averange queue time.

My question is:
Havbe matchmaking formula been changed recently?

P.S. EU servers same problem at prime time and in the mornings. I doubt that my mmr is high tho
P.S.2 After over 8m queue i got 4v5 the whole game was shorted then the queue

Either you got really bad or good.

The average player with average MMR will get the average 2-3m Q. Once you are no longer average…. Q times will be 2-3x or longer.

btw: MMR is a hidden value, and not tied to LB standing or in-game rank level.

But in return, I got much more balanced games tonight. I really do hope this means they have tightened up MMR requirements. So all the whining about unbalanced matches had its effect. Maybe… or I was just lucky today. Either way, I suggest we stop complaining. Unbalanced matches aer much worse than long waiting. Imho…

But what is rather likely is that they are having some difficulties with the new patch, and thats causing the long queue times. But we can still hope.
