Superior Sigil of Cruelty in PvP?

But really, you raise a good point. It’s not like we don’t have all the other options. We have power, precision, healing, even outgoing healing percentage. I imagine players would keep using bloodlust over cruelty though.
Cruelty only starts to matter when your power is already significantly (read: absurdly) high and your critical chance is near-100%. Even then, it becomes useless when the weakness condition is applied. In nearly all situations bloodlust will be a better choice.

Draining is considered OP in its current forum in places like WvW, as fun as it’d be (wars, thieves, mesmers, yay)
Incap, only if it with something like Leg Specialist would be a problem. It’s ICD is 5s too. Of course nobody’s going to run Tactics. I mean, come on XD

I would use Incapacitation any time. haha Only reason why draining is OP is bec it has no ICD
I wonder, when it comes to PvP do devs just wait for suggestions or do they come up with their own little ideas that no one asked fort hat improve the mode. Would like to see more of that instead of the never ending cycle of breaking and nerfing classes.
There was a phase when new ammys and runes where being added, not too sure why something like this didnt get in. I’m also curious to see how sigil of mischief would play in PvP.

If you really need a reason why this one didn’t get in, I’ll give you the easy answer: They missed it.
Sigil of Draining is OP as heck. No way should that be allowed in sPvP.
