So I give PVP a shot and i’m not happy.
Why is it that when winning a game top scorer and all I get team swapped.
The score was 480 to 105 when I get swapped all that effort. To lose?
I dont understand the concept of it. Maybe I should just leech and team swap. It seems to reward more!! When I am losing a match I stay on that team. I don’t try to switch.

You now get the win bonus even if you are swapped to the losing team. So don’t worry friend! Yes, it sucks but you still get that big win bonus.

That’s good to know thank you for the quick response. Ill go back to winning then losing some more.

you are playing in hotjoin, frequent autobalance will happen due to players coming and going anytime.

you need to accept that if you want to have a good time in hotjoin.

It doesn’t matter because

A) It’s a hotjoin

and

B) If you get teamswapped it still counts as the win. In fact, volunteer for teamswaps so you get a 100% chance of a win.

nah auto balance happens as long as the teams are not balanced

i.e. red 10 blue 8

it will choose one from red and shove it into blue.
or the first volunteer.

volunteer gets a free win.
i think they need to highlight that feature when they ask if you wanna volunteer.

i.e.

DO YOU WANNA VOLUNTEER?
FREE WIN AND GOLD

etc

something like that.

Yeah, it’s tough to play hotjoin matches (the kind you get by just clicking “play now”) with much sense of a “winning team” and a “losing team.” Half the time, the teams at the end of the match don’t resemble those that were at the beginning of the match at all.

This doesn’t really bother me any more though. It basically just makes hotjoins practice/farm servers. Ranked random arena and ranked team arena are much more fun and exciting, since stuff like that obviously doesn’t happen.

Ya volunteering actually gives you the win bonus 100% and 25 extra rank/glory, idk why people complain.

I was about to finish some dude with 4% health off with Jump Shot. Right after using it, I get autobalanced, appear in the base for a split second and then suddenly teleport to him as the jump shot finishes, killing my own (brand new) teammate. Many laughs were had.

always volunteer, if your old team wins you get max points!
if your new team wins you get max points!
just don’t tell too many people so the rest of us can keep volunteering! XD

it used to be kinda risky to openly join the losing team, but then they changed it to give you incentive to switch

I honestly do not understand how people do not know that auto balance guarantees that you win. Even the auto balance message for volunteering specifically tells you that if you are auto-balanced you still win.

Someone posted this above but it’s so important that I have to repeat it. Because people can come and go and change teams anytime, there is no commitment on the losing player’s part to staying on the same team to try and win. They can leave and join another match, or if it’s a 5v4, they can spectate to create a 5v3, then when the teams get autobalanced into 4v4 immediately join the winning team. Stop playing hotjoin in order to win matches, instead play to improve your skills and win fights against other players, play to win team fights, try your best to hold the point your on. Do what is ideal for your team in the current situation but don’t expect your teammates to be smart enough to do the same. You will have a lot more fun in hotjoin if you don’t commit to winning the matches.

Now if you do wanna commit to winning matches, begin playing SoloQ and TeamQ, people there DO play to win.
