Switching classes overussed?
bad players will always do that
They should disable class switching. Make everyone play with the class they had when they signed up for the tourney.
However, it can’t be done, people would just reroll to leave the game before it’s finished.
Agreed, switching class is ridiculous.Imho you should not be able to even use class in tourneys if you are not lvl 80 with that class or there should be some incentive to choose your class and stick with it like separate rank progression for each character you make.Current spvp system just cheapens spvp progression and i use term progression loosely because atm there is no meaningful progression in spvp.
PVP is not PVE and i dont wont to see lvl 80 PVE require for arenas… I dont have time to lvl all characters to lvl 80 … no way i dont have patience and time for that crap
First of all PvE is for nabs that fail killing people and just press rotation to kill mobs it has no place in PvP at all.
Second he was not talking about tournament class switching, he suggested the more moronic approach of “Lock everyone to 1 or 2 class for 1 year befor can change, or pay a 200 gold fee to be able to switch.” because of reasons that spvp sometimes has an increase of one class and that annoys him (?).
So his suggestion is bad, and he should feel bad…
What do you guys think about people switching classes every time they think a class is OP.
Man it just make me sick. Idk.
Lock everyone to 1 or 2 class for 1 year befor can change, or pay a 200 gold fee to be able to switch.
And make that your lvl in Pve is your lvl in Pvp
ranks you get in Pvp.This is like a desiese.
1st month (Everyone thinks Thief is OP) +35% thiefs players
2th month( everyone thinks Ranger is OP)-20%Thiefs players +30% ranger players
And so on………..
This will never stop. There will always be guys that will complain about Op about someclass.I really don’t see a solution to this dhou.
Once I read a very good coment to explain the situation about OP.“Dear -ArenaNet-,
Paper is over powered, Scissors are ok.
Sincerely,
Rock”
The truly skilled player always stick to 1-2 professions and truly master them, the bad players simply switch to the FOTM profession and call themself “pro”

Actually, this game is so cookie cutter easy that I don’t see any problem with mastering all the professions within few months. It’s pretty much all the same. Kinda makes me sad they threw away all the GW 1 pvp qualities. Now I just faceroll my head on the keyboard playing any class and winning most of the tourney matches (free tourneys because paid never pop).
