id love a clone but id have settled for a distant resemblance, or something fun. didn’t get either, and i dont care how pretty my character looks in a game that isnt fun to play.

Why don’t you just play GW1?
I never played GW1 but I can’t understand this attitude I constantly see on these forums. If there are problems with GW2 let’s work with the devs to fix them but “like GW1” shouldn’t be the all-encompassing goal.

Nope, not in a million years, keep that disease in wvw pease.
one cannot simply play gw1 because they flooded the game with poorly designed expansions and spoiled it.
What they need is classic GW with careful meta shifting balance changes, like they had for the first year and change.
the thing about working with the devs… several of us were in the beta, and spent hours drafting missives describing the what and the why about gw2’s problems.
we were ignored.
some people became less mature and just started flinging poo against the wall, they were banned and forced to make new accounts.
so we want to work constructively with the devs, but first we need to take their pride down a few notches so they realize theyre not geniuses and some of their decisions suck. hence the poo flinging. also, its cathartic.
