TPvP is broken and it has nothing to do with balance

TL/DR – Install a 24h TPvP-only ban for leavers and AFKers in TPvP along with a reporting system.

Desert 2-3 times, 24h ban, etc. They can still grief hotjoins and go about their business, but no more ruining TPvP matches and making the community more sour. You queue up, you commit to your team.

Some will say, what about people with bad internets and D/C, but you have to be a repeat offender, and if you are repeatedly D/C then you’re also screwing your team.

Also, add in a feature to the queue to scoop up someone waiting and let them replace a vacant slot.

I’ll try not to make this a QQ thread, but this is seriously broken and needs and immediate, yet simple, fix.

PS. Also, give me back my mystic forge and some crafting stations if you’re going to make me sit in HOTM to queue up now.

4v5s stopped being an issue for me once they introduced the match ready system.. very rare to get them.
I don’t get how people still have an issue.

That’s because there are barely any 4v5s anymore. This guy probably just got out of a 4v5 and is salty.

Yesterday, I played 4 games.

The first game, my team had 3 thieves(thief daily) against 2-engi’s, 1 ele, 1 thief, 1 warrior. We lost.

The remaining 3 all ended up being 4v5 and I was on the 4 player team each time. I logged off after that.

Out of around 30 TPvP games in the past 2 days, 11 were 4v5. Ranked and Unranked.

I’m about to start tallying it and making a Hall of Shame.

Actually I see two points here that need addressed.

1. 4v5’s. I agree with the OP in exactly what he said to fix it.

2. Match Making ignores class. Thus leaving you with 3 thieves on a team, or 3 rangers, or 3 whatever.

The game isnt already in a good shape, if they implement 24h bans, ppl will leave the game for good, and then you’ll have even more unbalanced matches, longer queues and more 4v5s

It is possible to have worst matches than now? Not sure about that….

just my two cents here. I rarely have 4v5’s(either on my side or the other side). Like i would say maybe once every 20 games. Maybe I’m just lucky

Not sure, 80% of my matches are 500-200, winning or losing, but less ppl always means that matchmaking gotta pull someone thats much better/worst than you’d like. But you right, it’s hard to imagine even worst matches.
