Why does it spam “uberleetness has targeted squishyelewhoruns247. Hit ‘T’ to assist,” three times when someone targets a player? When I target someone it says it only once. Are people using a third party program?

I know what you mean, after a match my chat box is filled with the above quote. Its probably cause they’re mashing their mouse to click on the guy to make sure he is targeted.

This is just a phenomenon. When you target a guy it shows up as you targeting them 3 times on their screen (you only see one). The same goes for them. If they target a guy then they see their target call once while everyone else sees it 3 times.
