Isn’t there a system in place to prevent precisely this from happening?

Basically anet pretended they fixed it, talk about milking the playerbase.

If he’s afk but still in game the system doesn’t recognise him/her as ‘afk’. He needs to be disconnected or logged out.

I know it’s bad.

He did disconnect because of inactivity. I still lost a point >:C

Or maybe he got the same some went beast at start and u lost mid and he akitten?
This mistake just hapen to me 2 times in a row first time i said ok kitten it , i not even gonna say anything, and then next game another guy does the same mistake was a warrior btw, i was already not happy with him bringing a warrior but when i see him going to chief i tried to tell bim go mid, no point losing mid over 25 points.
but he just dint care and we lost mid, and yes i was so upset getting this crap 2 times in a row that i insta akitten.
So maybe something similar happen with the op .

That game was so bad. Yes warrior started with beast. We lost mid then Prince afk the whole game at close.

and games like that don’t allow me to get from 1 to 2 in Diamond. getting to tier 2 or tier 3 somehow by luck. then the system make sure to lose enough to go back start of the t1
