First of all, I’m sorry if this is not the place to report this.
Yesterday we were on the second stage of a tournament and when we started the warzone, the other team was already capturing the 2 bases of the map in the first second of the match. They arrived to middle base too soon, in just a second, and to our base even before our holder. They are probably using an exploit to teleport or something.
Hope you guys do something about these people, Because they are having free Glory winning unfairly tournaments with exploits/cheats.

You only need to watch the first second and look up on the panel that shows the base controls. They are getting the control of middle base in the first second of the match.

The names of the Exploiters are:

Garciaa, Vizualqt, Bonnobo, Sylpheii, Terha Na.

Yep this happens. Some of the spots are known. Just like the bugs in some of the other maps that let you jump around the map if your a Thief.

I know some people do this on forest but this is the first time i’ve heard about it on legacy.

Yeah but the middle players that is capturing was a guardian not a thief, so looks like is a better exploit than a Thief/Mesmer teleport.

There is a bug which causes people to not be teleported back to the starting area during the beginning of a match. I don’t know how it is exactly done but it has happened randomly to various members of my time since release.

I have never tried to recreate this bug or exploit it but I have heard from other players that it seems to have some connection with being in mid-air during the time in which it would transport you to your starting area.

While I would hope teams would not try to recreate this bug to use maliciously in tournament play I guess there are those who are not able to win straight up and must resort to these tactics. Hopefully the bug will be dealt with swiftly and we won’t have to worry about this issue when competitive play arises in whichever form it may.

It’s happened to me a couple times on Khylo, I’ll be running up a wall because i was afk for one reason or another and then it would fail to teleport me back to spawn. I’ve seen it happen against me on FoN tons of times for keep but im not quite sure how they do it. But yeah this is something i hope they fix XD

Sorry didn’t mean to say that it was a thief on that map. There are spots on that map that when you stand in that place when the game starts its bugs and does not move you to the starting point, in fact all the maps have these points. Of of these points is right at GY.

Lets hope Devs fix that, and that players get what they deserved for sploit bugs.

this happened to me once on the 3rd map in a tourney. i went to kill the enemies trebuchet before the game started, and when i finished it, i stayed there waiting to respawn in base. However, when the timer hit 0, i stayed at the same spot near the trebuchet and it didn’t reset me. i dont even think i was moving or anything when it happened

No answer from GW2 Dev for now… so frustrating, but well. I assume they have lots of work.

We got crushed in 2nd round 500 to 15 and were scratching our heads how they did it. They were all over the place with 3 – 4 players at each base always. It was very odd.

There’s some sort of crash exploit going on too.

Just had a tournament where the entire enemy team got dropped as we arrived at Keep.

Pretty sure someone in our PUG was responsible, it was too dodgey for all of them to drop and us to be fine.
