Teleport hack live on Drazeh stream
I just had a match against that ele. Trying to chase him, I have seen him blink more than he should. I have no recording except a message on the teamchat (at 18:38 CET): “How did the ele joined far that fast ? I sweared he blinked 3 times”.
His character name: “Stuffed Teddy Bear”.
Hey man you never know, maybe he just ate his breakfast this morning and got a boost to his abilities :P
Hardly a surprise. I see this every day i play. Lost a few games yesterday to a hacker. There are plenty of them
Necromancer/Casual Warrior
[Team] Best WvW guild of all time. EASILY.
well first time i see it in pvp, saw a few of teleporters in wvw but never saw one in pvp personaly, really nice how he ports from spawn direktly into mid lol
That’s a clear proof of that player using hacks or some sort of undiscovered exploit right there, anet should take this seriously and ban this guy.
he’s hacking 100%.Anet should take a look at this.
Got his account name: swag.8716 . And yeah, it is confirmed hack.
Is it realy a hack?
That game is bugged as kitten. Every patch put some new bugs to it. The mayority remain undiscovered and some can only be used in special situations.

Answer unclear, in part because the OP simply posted here on the forums — the second least effective place, just above posting on reddit — to whine about it, instead of sending the details to exploits@arena.net in order to get it effectively looked at.
Notice how he freezes in place a few seconds before the impossible teleport.
He’s probably using some exploit that temporarily lags/Desyncs his character then uses a speedhack and reconnects. I’ve seen a few players do this where they try to mask hacking as lag which is why it doesn’t get auto-detected by most games built-in anti cheating systems.
Well this is exactly what happens when cheating and exploiting is not punished but rewarded. People start to think… "Well since “X” has friends on smurf accounts throwing games for him/her. I might as well even the playing field for myself since I don’t have said luxury, and just use this sly hack. If all works as planned I’ll be just as awesome as “X”."
I honestly am surprised that people waited this long before trying take the bull into their own hands. Again I’ll expect to see way more of them pop up.
ZOS had a similar situation in ESO.. They kept sweeping it under the rug. That was until a group of players gathered together to blatantly use said cheat and stream and youtube themselves doing and put it on the ESO forums.. Needless to say since that time ZOS now has a different outlook on exploiters, and hackers and now takes them serious.
But at least I admit it!
PoF guys get ready for PvE joys
You are entirely free to engage in the same “civil disobedience” approach here, Reaper Alim, if you wish.
Though I suspect you will find that “sweep under the rug” turns out to be an inaccurate description of what actually was happening.
I think a while back some group/player used some odd code behavior where objects would get left behind to fill an entire map with objects (I believe it was the Assura Rata Sun). Though that was more just amusement than actually. But a small act of civil disobedience. They did subsequently fix the infinite duplicate object bug. Anyone remember that?

I can certainly understand his frustration because it seems that it’s all to common place these days; almost blatantly so (increasingly seeing threads of some sort on the subject). What good is in game reporting when it appears that nothing is being done to curb various forms of cheating? People are clearly taking advantage of how things are designed whether its by alt accounts and match manipulation, macro abuse, exploiting mechanics or just plain and obvious botting (speed bots still seem to be a thing). Do I believe Anet does nothing? No, I do believe they are attempting to curb cheating, but people are clever and it then becomes an ongoing process. Sometimes I think it’s a good thing to let people rant some in order to deal with what is frustrating them.
