They had it in GW1, but alas didn’t make it across. I don’t know why, it was one of the best features.

This would be such a welcome feature. I’ve been waiting for this for a while. I would love for it to translate over to PVE as well. Maybe give the switch presets feature a cooldown of about 10 minutes in WvW to avoid people changing presets at the drop of combat repeatedly.
