Imo they should make it so if someone goes afk more then 1minute to 2minutes in solo q they get dishonourable for a day or something :P

I had so many afkers / leavers recently I started leaving/afking too since there is no system to prevent this behavior AND those matches are just a waste of time. For example no matchmaking that prevents 3 thieves or 2 thiefs 2 eles on the same team or system that prevents match starting 4v5.

Kind of a kitten move there. There’s nothing in this game that says a team of 2+ thieves is going to lose. Sure, you can’t hold as well, but you make up for that with more spike damage and mobility. Also, there’s a system in place to stop leavers, it’s called Dishonorable. They just made it stricter.

I still find AFKers and leavers but definitely fewer than a month ago. So the “dishonorable” system does appear to be working.

And people who quit because others have quit are just as bad, because sometimes they aren’t quits but rather DCs and the game is lost because people gave up.

I haven’t won a single match with 3 thiefs. 2 ele 2 thief combo (staff and d/d ele) happens a lot too, never won. You can’t against a decent setup and players.
Dishonorable is a joke. People who were afking 5 months ago are afking still now you can know them by name. They just know how to mix it up so they don’t have dishonorable / or they just don’t care.

i’m really getting tired of mesmers/thieves that try to contest far point and they couldn’t crack the bunker defending it. is it their nature to do this all the time? rangers and engineers have better chances of beating a guard 1v1.

So today, I again had two afkers since start of the match.

1. Flamed us for that we blame him for afking when he came back after 4minutes.
I posted a screenshot, but Anet loves it to be blind for their faults.

2. A guardian that thinks he’s the best goes afk because we didn’t do a stomp or something. He clearly couldnt see that the other team had knockbacks etc and he was too dumb to put stabi up. But ok, so another match competely useles.

So Anet thanks for the fantastic support ur giving to the PvP players by just removing posts about this. Instead of doing that, maybe fix the afkers. ok.

Quit crying, ANET cannot possibly monitor every player nor can it prevent people from AFKing or moving every few seconds to stay in the game. If you don’t like it there are many other games you can play.
